Here we show an economical, fast and easy way to make a ball whose weight, to your liking, can range between 1.3 lbs and 2.6 lbs.<\/h4><h4 style=\"text-align: center;\">This COR will be constituted only by the external part. It will lack the internal part, but for training purposes, this ball is perfect. If possible, buy materials for at least three balls. Here in Argentina we have used the brand \"SOLYON\" type III colors: pink, green, transparent, etc.<\/h4><h4><br \/><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">2)<\/span> 6 (six) rivets (snap) 3 (three) cm long each by 5 (five) mm wide, aluminum if possible.<\/h4><h4><br \/><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">3)<\/span> 12 (twelve) flat washers (rivets) suitable for rivets, 5 (five) mm. The diameter of the washer should be about 18 (eighteen) mm by 1 (one) mm thick.<\/h4><h4><br \/><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">4)<\/span> Plastic insulating tape for electrical conductors, PVC 19 (nineteen) mm by 20 (twenty) meters long, is quite suitable. We have used the TACSA professional tape No. 23 (twenty-three), red, green, blue, etc.<\/h4><h4><br \/><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">5)<\/span> To give the COR the necessary weight, you can partially fill the hose with small pebbles, depending on the weight you want to give the ball. Next, bend the hose into a circle and place a single rivet through both ends.<\/h4><h4><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">3)<\/span> This union is made with a rivet that will have a flat washer placed at both ends. Only then can the rivet be cut and closed.<\/h4><h4><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">4)<\/span> Before closing each ring with the corresponding rivet, said ring must be filled with the filler material to be used.<\/h4><h4><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">5)<\/span> The rest of the rings are made in the same way. However, care must be taken to interlock the first two rings with each other, before placing the rivets.<\/h4><h4><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">6)<\/span> Once the first two rings have been joined together, we proceed to make all the remaining holes that the three rings have, approximately every 22 (twenty-two) cm, for a total length of 90 (ninety) cm.<\/h4><h4><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">7)<\/span> The last ring to be placed, the third, must be intertwined with the other two, in such a way that between the three rings they form a perfect sphere.<\/h4><h4><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">8)<\/span> Finally, in order to protect the hands of the players, the places where the rivets are located will be covered with the insulating tape, with several turns in the shape of a cross.
